HOW WE STARTED OUR JOURNEY
Founded in 2001 by a group of social entrepreneurs and students of the University of Delhi, Association for Welfare, Social Action and Research (AWSAR) India, is one of the few voluntary organisations promoted by the Council for Advancement of People' s Action and Rural Technology (CAPART), an autonomous body functioning under the aegis of the Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India, under its Starter Package to Young Professional Scheme.
